我公司是一家高起點(diǎn)、高定位、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、集制造技術(shù)和管理理念為一體的業(yè)鑄造模具設(shè)計(jì)制造企業(yè)。

公司占地面積18000平方米，綜合辦公樓3600平方米，大型綜合車間9000平方米。

公司設(shè)計(jì)制作的模具種類有：自動(dòng)造型線模具、造型機(jī)模具，冷芯盒模具、熱芯盒模具、手工自硬砂模具，鋁合金重力澆注模具、鋁合金低壓鑄造模具等。產(chǎn)品包括發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸體、缸蓋、排氣管、蝸殼，卡鉗、支架、離合器殼體、變速箱殼體等等。涵蓋交通運(yùn)輸，航空航天、工程機(jī)械、農(nóng)機(jī)裝備、水利設(shè)施、化工機(jī)械、風(fēng)力發(fā)電等行業(yè)。

目前主要服務(wù)的客戶有：東風(fēng)二汽、中信重工、長(zhǎng)城汽車、奇瑞汽車、江淮汽車、中國(guó)一拖、陜西法士特、山西三聯(lián)、山西國(guó)際鑄造、青島青特、華源萊動(dòng)、安徽全柴、中鼎動(dòng)力、皖南電機(jī)、廣西玉柴、福建龍工、寧夏維爾、美國(guó)邁克威等企業(yè)。

公司現(xiàn)有CNC數(shù)控機(jī)床32臺(tái)，其中美國(guó)哈斯、德國(guó)德瑪吉、臺(tái)灣協(xié)鴻、臺(tái)灣大立等高速機(jī)床9臺(tái)，大型龍門(mén)加工中心16臺(tái)。普通加工設(shè)備30多臺(tái)，?？怂箍等鴺?biāo)2臺(tái)，VTOP掃描儀1臺(tái)，模擬軟件1套。年產(chǎn)模具千于套。

公司現(xiàn)有員工168名，其中業(yè)模具設(shè)計(jì)工程師26名，工藝師3名。采用CAD/CAM/CAID等計(jì)算機(jī)輔助技術(shù)完成三維造型、模具設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)控編程、鑄造工藝分析、逆向工程、使模具結(jié)構(gòu)更優(yōu)化、加工時(shí)間更高、鑄造工藝行業(yè)尖 。公司有高.級(jí)鉗工技師30多名，每位技師都從事鑄造模具行業(yè)多年，擁有豐富的專.業(yè)知識(shí)。高精的裝配技能！ 一.流的裝配理念！保證模具精度高，客戶生產(chǎn)效率高。

Luoyang Haotian Mould Co., Ltd is a professional mould design and manufacturing enterprise with high starting point, high positioning, high standard, advanced manufacturing technology and advanced management concept.

The company covers an area of 18,000 square meters, with a comprehensive office building of 3,600 square meters and a large comprehensive workshop of  9,000 square meters.

The moulds we design and manufacture are: Automatic molding line mould, Moulding machine mould, Cold core box mould, Hot core box mould, Manual self-hardening sand mould, Aluminum alloy gravity casting mould, Aluminum alloy low pressure die casting mould, etc. Our products include: engine cylinder block, cylinder head, exhaust pipe, volute, caliper, bracket, clutch housing, gearbox housing and so on. It covers transportation, aerospace, engineering machinery, agricultural machinery and equipment, water conservancy facilities, chemical machinery, wind power and other industries.

So far our main clients are: Dongfeng Second Automobile, CITIC Heavy Industry, Great Wall , CheryAutomobileCo, Jianghuai Automobile(JAC), China YTO, Shanxi Fast, Shanxi Sanlian, Shanxi International Foundry, Qingdao Qingte, Huayuan Laidong Engine, Anhui QuanChai, Zhongding Group, Wannan Electric Machine, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group, Fujian Lonkling , Ningxia Wear, American McQuay and other companies.

There are 30 sets CNC equipment, including 9 sets high-speed NC milling machines such as American Haas, Germany Demaghi, Taiwan Xiehong, and Taiwan Dali; 16 sets large gantry machining centers, more than 30 sets universal equipment, 1 set Hexagon coordinate measuring instrument and 1 set VTOP scanner, 1 set MAGMA simulation software. Our annual production is more than 1000 sets moulds.

Now we have 168 employees, among them are 26 Professional mould design engineers,3 Professional craftsmen. Using the CAD/CAM/CAID and other computer-aided technology to complete 3D modeling, NC programming, casting process analysis, reverse engineering, we make the structure of the mould more rational, the processing time more effective, the casting process more advanced. We have more than 30 Senior fitter technicians, each of them has engaged in the casting mould industry for many years, and has rich professional knowledge.
